Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales-oriented professional to conduct in-person presentations to prospective owners on-site. You will engage clients, overcome objections, and close opportunities within a luxury sales cycle.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to obtain a CA real estate license within 6 months. College degree is preferred but not mandatory, with benefits supporting associates working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections in a luxury sales cycle.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
• CA real estate license or ability to obtain one in 6 months (we facilitate and subsidize).
• College degree preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Generate sales using proper closing techniques.
• Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and materials.
• All clients are provided and prequalified by our on-site marketing team.
• No cold calling or prospecting.
