Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales-oriented professional for on-site presentations and high-end client engagement in California. You will leverage prequalified leads and a luxury sales approach to close deals with current and prospective owners.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, objection handling, and staying current on industry trends. A CA real estate license is required or obtainable within six months; college degree is a plus. Training and on-site support are provided.

Qualifications

1-3+ years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
CA real estate license or ability to obtain within 6 months (we facilitate and subsidize).
College degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations.
Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
Generate sales using proper closing techniques.
Present and deliver sales presentations per company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
Keep current on industry trends, product knowledge, and materials.
