Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake and matter lifecycle in Legal Tracker.
• Manage subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA matters and related proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery: holds, data collection, deadlines, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support including travel and reimbursements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports.
• Lead or support special legal projects.
