• Strong drafting skills of lending and credit agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and key lending documents across various transaction types.
• Provide counsel on commercial lending and credit matters, including bilateral, syndicated, and capital markets transactions.
• Advise credit and lending teams on intercreditor arrangements, subordination agreements, lien priority issues, and portfolio management matters.
