Confidential Firm in Dallas, Texas is seeking a mid-level Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate to join a nationally integrated team. Hybrid work arrangement requires three days in-office per week, with opportunities to handle high-stakes financial disputes and complex commercial matters.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a premier firm, along with a strong academic record and Texas Bar admission.

Formación

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academics.
• Active Texas Bar in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm preferred.
• Experience in financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation: drafting, discovery, depositions, trial, motions.
• Strong organizational skills for deadlines, filings, and client communications.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication and advocacy abilities.
• Proven capacity to collaborate across offices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal/state courts and arbitration.
• Manage complex matters from pre-suit to trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute case strategies including discovery planning.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft motions and briefs.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy.
• Provide timely, practical risk-management advice to clients.
• Contribute to a collaborative, excellence-driven team culture.
