Latitude is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for Construction Transactions to join the in-house legal team on an onsite, permanent basis in San Antonio, TX. The role leads a small group of attorneys, handles high-stakes transactions, and counsels on major capital projects across construction and energy sectors.

With 10+ years of relevant experience and a Texas Bar admission, you will influence risk management, term sheet development, and contract execution while partnering with

Competenze

• 10+ years' experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating high-dollar supply chain and procurement transactions for major projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement and construction industry transactions.
• Executive presence to lead a team of attorneys and collaborate with business leaders.
• Active Bar license; Texas preferred, with relocation for a top candidate.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a team of attorneys, set standards across the group, and mentor staff.
• Draft and negotiate EPC, construction, engineering, subcontract, equipment, services, and supply agreements.
• Advise on large capital projects in construction, industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Protect the company on complex projects through risk allocation, schedule impacts and claims avoidance.
• Build trusted cross-functional relationships with project, commercial, engineering, finance and risk teams.
