Job summary

Latitude is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its in-house legal team in a hybrid/full-time role based in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong transactional foundation, draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements, and support a fintech business as it scales.

You will work directly with the General Counsel, handle end-to-end contract matters, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining business-focused judgment and practical

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Experience in AmLaw 200, boutique firm, and/or the legal department of a fintech or other financial services company preferred.
• Practical, business-focused judgment and ability to move transactions forward.
• Experience using AI and other technology to work more effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence.
• Outstanding references.
