  • Support transactions involving real estate-backed loans, asset-based facilities, securities-backed loans, and other secured financing structures
  • Coordinate closing processes and manage transaction deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient deal execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, banking, or secured lending transactions within a sophisticated law firm environment
  • JD required and prior experience working in a law firm
  • Experience with loan documentation, due diligence, and transaction management for lending matters
  • Familiarity with secured lending structures involving real estate, securities, or asset-based collateral
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
  • Texas Bar membership preferred, or willingness to obtain admission
Why This Role Stands Out

  • Hands-on responsibility across all phases of lending transactions from diligence to closing
  • A collaborative environment with strong mentorship and professional development
  • Clear path for long-term career advancement within a partnership-track structure
