Job summary

CEG Solutions LLC is seeking a Corporate Counsel to own contract intake, legal review, redlines, approvals, and signature across prime contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and proposal terms.

You will lead negotiations and drive execution while providing day-to-day legal guidance on risk allocation, compliance, and contract interpretation, partnering with sales, project development, finance, and risk/insurance.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction."
• 5–10+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience with government contracting and negotiations in energy/services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract intake, legal review, redlines, approvals, and signature across prime and subcontract agreements.
• Drive negotiations and execution across portfolio; coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance on risk allocation, compliance, and contract interpretation.
• Develop and maintain contracting policies, playbooks, and approval thresholds; train stakeholders.
