Job summary

Cintas seeks a Counsel – Corporate to provide in-house legal services focused on contract review and negotiation. Under the supervision of Senior Counsel and the Deputy General Counsel, you will draft, review, structure, and negotiate commercial transactions daily, advising leadership on terms for customer and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate Degree required.
• Admitted to a state bar.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time relevant legal experience.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, structure, and negotiate commercial transactions on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide direction and support to Cintas leadership in negotiating terms for customer and vendor contracts.
• Assist with compliance matters regarding government contracts and bids.
• Train partners on contract terms and government compliance matters.
