Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Counsel - Corporate to in-house provide legal services focused on contract review and negotiation. Under supervision, the role drafts, reviews, structures, and negotiates commercial transactions and supports leadership in negotiating terms for customer and vendor contracts.

Ideal candidates will have a JD, bar admission, at least two years of relevant legal experience, and strong communication skills; familiarity with government contracting is a plus.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission
• Minimum 2 years of full-time relevant legal experience
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, structure, and negotiate commercial transactions daily
• Collaborate with leadership to negotiate terms and conditions of customer and vendor contracts
• Respond to bids, requests for proposals, and government compliance matters as needed
