Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an In-House Technician to perform installation, on-site repair, and maintenance of analog and digital copiers and related devices.

The role requires mechanical dexterity, copier experience, and solid PC/software know-how. The technician will diagnose and repair equipment, test to specifications, and maintain orderly work areas while meeting timeframes for parts replacement and setup.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation, repair, and maintenance of copiers and related devices.
• Ability to diagnose and repair analog and digital copier systems.
• Strong oral communication and customer-facing skills.
• Self-motivated with a solid work history and reliability.
• Attention to quality and detail in mechanical and software tasks.
• Proficiency with PCs and related software used in copier environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up new and refurbish used equipment; diagnose, repair, and update to current revision levels for analog and digital copiers and peripherals.
• Test and adjust per specifications using test charts, fixtures, manuals, and tools.
• Use PCs to flash/update products as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area.
• Complete parts replacement sheets and meet setup time frames.
