CRRC MA Corporation seeks an in-house counsel to focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including NDAs and government agreements. The role supports employment, corporate, and regulatory needs, reporting to the Quincy office.

The ideal candidate has a JD/LLM, MA bar or eligible licensing, and 2+ years of legal practice, with strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Formación

• J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state (Massachusetts preferred).
• 2+ years of legal practice experience.
• Experience in government contracts, contract negotiations, corporate, employment, data privacy or litigation.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, engagement letters, service, government, vendor, leases, and amendments.
• Manage and update contract templates and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Liaise with teams and leadership to meet legal standards.
• Draft memoranda and legal documents; research legal issues and advise on compliance.
• Assist in disputes, pre-litigation, and governance matters; organize legal records.
