Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years paralegal experience in an in-house legal department, government, or law firm.
• Ability to independently and thoroughly research, analyze, organize, and summarize issues.
• Experience with using legal databases, e.g. Westlaw.
• Project management skills with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills that include MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on various areas including corporate, employment, privacy and international law.
• Summarize factual and legal issues.
• Administer contract documentation and improve review processes.
• Coordinate responses and maintain templates and company policies.
• Track budgets, KPI achievements, and legal schedules.
• Draft, review, and edit reports, memoranda, and court documents.
• Support attorneys with general administrative tasks.
