Job summary

Bruker Corporation is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its in-house Legal team in Massachusetts. You will support general corporate, employment, disputes, and contract matters, providing practical, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across Bruker’s divisions.

The role requires a JD from an accredited US law school, active MA license (or eligibility to qualify as in-house), and 4–6 years of relevant experience, including employment law.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school.
• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts; or qualify to be registered in-house.
• 4–6 years of corporate and in-house experience, including employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Support general corporate, employment, disputes, and contract matters for Bruker's Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams.
• Provide timely, business-focused legal analysis to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, licenses, services, distributions, etc.).
• Update contract templates, policies, and procedures to align with legal standards.
• Manage contract disputes and coordinate with outside counsel when needed.
• Support corporate compliance and data privacy programs; assist in M&A activities.
