Job summary

TraLo Inc. in Owatonna, MN is seeking an In-House Driver Recruiter to source, hire, and retain CDL drivers, ensuring DOT compliance and a smooth recruitment process. Based in our local office, you will partner with operations to forecast staffing and drive driver onboarding.

You will manage candidate sourcing across boards, social channels, referrals; conduct phone screens and interviews; maintain records, and support retention initiatives to keep drivers engaged and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in driver recruitment or human resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit CDL drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and pre-qualification checks to meet DOT requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
