Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of water treatment systems
• Key contributor to marketing and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate the installation and service of residential water treatment solutions
• Diagnose customers' water conditions and recommend proper treatment solutions
• Provide quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and company expectations have been met
• Assist with scheduling of service and sales appointments and direct customer questions to appropriate department
