Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of insurance; background check required.
• Experience in sales or new business development.
• Experience implementing professional service business models.
• Strong skills in business development, account management and sales process.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and direct a team of retail sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Lead monthly water training classes for the service and sales departments.
• Coordinate retail and dealer sales activities with the Office Manager and Service Manager to ensure clear inter-department communication.
• Conduct regular job shadow with direct reports to assist in employee growth and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Ensure safety standards and processes to meet policies, OSHA standards, minimizing employee risk.
• Provide direction and communication to employees so customer needs are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide continual evaluation of sales department processes and procedures.
• Develop work procedures and processes that support standards and objectives.
• Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure operational success in the sales department.
