Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts seeks an In-Home Therapist (IHT) to deliver structured, strength-based therapy in a youth’s home, addressing behavioral needs and family dynamics. This position welcomes newly licensed master’s level clinicians, with agency supervision toward independent licensure; bilingual opportunities are available to support diverse families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum desirable.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high‑speed secure internet required for full‑time positions.

Compensation

• Fee‑for‑Service: $50 to $70 per hour.
