Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated In-Home Therapist (IHT) to deliver structured, strength-based therapy inside clients' homes, focusing on youth behavioral needs, with supervision for licensure.

The role offers bilingual opportunities and competitive fee-for-service pay, with rates currently set at $50 to $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or a CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting is highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum is desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with families to support treatment goals and maintenance of progress.
• Maintain professional documentation and progress notes to track client outcomes.
