Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians in Massachusetts to join a growing team providing in-home therapy to youth and families. The Bilinugal In-Home Therapist (IHT) will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes, with full-time or fee-for-service hours and ample supervision for licensure.

The role requires a Master's degree in counseling/psychology/social work, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with children and families.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related CBHI approved program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy to youth and families.
• Deliver structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions.

The Bilinugal In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
