Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an In-Home Therapist to deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes for youth behavioral needs. This is a full-time opportunity with bilingual options and competitive compensation.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in counseling/psychology or related field, with 1–2 years’ experience with multicultural families and youth in home settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• 1–2 years experience with multicultural families preferred.
• 1–2 years experience with children, youth and families in home or community setting preferred.
• ABA training is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Laptop/CPS and high-speed internet access required for FFS or full-time positions.
• High-speed internet access required for full-time positions.

TheIn-Home Therapistwill provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
