Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks Clinicians to join our growing Massachusetts team. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) provides structured, strength-based therapy in a client’s home to address youth behavioral needs and supports families in the community.

We offer a $3,000 stay-on bonus at 6 months for MA level clinicians, generous benefits, and supervision for independent licensure to help you expand your professional credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting desirable
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available at this time

The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
