Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team. This position offers generous compensation and premier benefits, with opportunities for newly licensed therapists to receive supervision for Independent Licensure.

The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs. We offer full-time or FFS hours, and bilingual opportunities may be available.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Compensation:

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
