The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and an uncapped commission structure with top earners reaching $100,000 annually. A valid driver’s license and flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license - a company vehicle is provided for official business.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of background check, including drug screening and motor vehicle record.
