Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You’ll close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery, keeping customers connected to what matters most.

You’ll work independently with scheduled appointments, earning uncapped commissions and the potential to reach six figures. Training, ongoing coaching, and a company vehicle for official use are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to upsell and enhance customer value.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in their homes to deliver personalized sales interactions.
