AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Texas to deliver personalized, in-home demonstrations and smart home solutions. You will work independently on scheduled appointments, close deals with hands-on demos, and leverage uncapped commission opportunities with top earners making significant total compensation.

Expect paid training, daily customer interactions, and a strong focus on negotiation and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales/outside sales experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be prepared to drive (company vehicle provided).
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; background check/drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, white-glove field sales interactions at customers' homes.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Attend scheduled appointments and engage warm prospects directed by AT&T schedules.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to steer customers toward purchase and solutions.
