Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You will engage warm prospects at scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to keep customers connected.

As a face of AT&T, you’ll use strong negotiation skills to meet or exceed sales targets, while working with a company vehicle for official business use. Training, support, and flexible hours are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance value.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive a company vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
