Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient upselling to increase customer value
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check, including drug screening and motor vehicle record, required

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in scheduled appointments and in-home demonstrations
• Close sales by presenting products and services and handling objections
