Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate and troubleshoot home theater, computing, smart home and networking products at customers’ locations. You will identify solutions based on conversations with customers and partner with Geek Squad Agents and other teams to drive results.

You will lead two-person jobs, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have current, valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling lifestyle product recommendations.
• Perform delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting of consumer electronics.
• Lead two-person jobs and complete tasks independently when needed.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and payments; follow safety guidelines.
