Amedisys, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver in-home evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will work with patients and families to enhance communication, safety, independence, and quality of life through personalized care.

Responsibilities include in-home assessments, aural rehabilitation, AAC support, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Excellent CPR and state licensure required.

Competenze

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• Certified Speech-Language Pathology clinician (CCC-SLP) with accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Provide in-home evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to improve communication, safety, independence, and quality of life.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC systems as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
