Amedisys, part of the Optum family, seeks a Speech Pathologist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment, partnering with patients and families to enhance communication, safety and independence. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care in the home setting, including AAC support and aural rehabilitation as needed.

Qualifications

• In-state licensure to practice speech pathology is required.
• Current CCC-SLP certification with accreditation by the CAA is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Collaborate with patients, families and the interprofessional team to improve communication and safety.
• Deliver aural rehabilitation and AAC support as needed.
