Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You in Nashua, NH seeks a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home and outpatient services for older adults. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing issues, coordinate with the rehab team, and tailor plans to patient needs in home or facility settings.

The role offers flexibility with a supportive mentorship program, CEU opportunities, and visa/relocation assistance from the employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice or license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech-language services in home or facility settings for older adults.
• Direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance communication and swallowing.
• Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team and referring physician to select appropriate therapy plans.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements.
• Complete documentation and maintain records for services rendered.
• Adapt therapy plans based on individual patient needs and progress.
