Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for mobile outpatient therapy in the Haverhill, MA area. This part-time role (18-24 hours per week) provides in-home and facility-based outpatient services for older adults, with flexible scheduling across patient homes or assisted living facilities.

You will assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders, coordinate with the rehab team, and document progress in a home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedule, and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Attend and contribute to patient care, staffing conferences and related meetings.
• Coordinate care in the home and community with interdisciplinary team and physician.
