Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking Direct Sales Associates. You will be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process as you learn our solar, roofing and battery storage product suite.

We offer a $4,000 paid training over your first 8 weeks, plus a commission structure with annual earnings between $100,000 and $250,000 based on performance, health insurance after 60 days, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of sales experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must possess a smart device with data capabilities.
• Self-motivated and coachable with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners fit for Trinity's product suite and guide from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving.
• Attend weekly sales training and one-on-one trainings from our top producers.
• Close deals, hit your goals, and grow your prospect database.
• Grow your pipeline to obtain referrals.
• Perform effective demos to show how Solar addresses homeowner pain points.
