Trinity Total Home is seeking Direct Sales Associates to engage homeowners directly in their homes and guide them through the decision process for solar, roofing and battery solutions. You will be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process, with top producers mentoring you along the way.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales.
• Background in teaching, small business owners, construction, and construction consulting.
• Accountable, coachable, and reliable, with resilience to hear "no" and keep going.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who are a fit for Trinity Total Home's product suite and take them from first conversation to signed agreement
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving
• Attend weekly sales training and attend one on one trainings from our top producers
• Close deals, hit your goals, and grow your prospect database
• Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals
