Trinity Total Home is hiring Direct Sales Associates to build relationships with homeowners and close solar and home-energy solutions. You'll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process, with a $4,000 paid training period during your first eight weeks.

Top performers can earn between $100,000 and $250,000 annually through commission structures, with medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with company match after the first 60 days.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include: Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales.
• Backgrounds such as teachers, roofers, home improvement professionals excel in in-home direct sales.
• In-home and direct sales experience is highly valued; ability to build trust quickly.
• Service and hospitality experience helps in reading people and earning trust fast.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who are a fit for Trinity's product suite and take them from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving.
• Attend weekly sales training and attend one-on-one trainings from top producers.
• Close deals, hit goals, and grow your prospect database.
• Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals.
• Pursue new sales opportunities by identifying and assisting homeowners in qualifying and transitioning to clean energy.
• Generate business through leads, social media, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing.
