Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking Direct Sales Associates to join our growing team. You’ll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process as you develop a client base for our solar and home-improvement products.

We offer hands-on training from top producers, a commission structure with earnings between $100,000 and $250,000, plus a $4,000 paid training program during your first eight weeks, and comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales.
• Background in teaching, small business owners, construction, and construction consulting.
• Accountable, coachable, and reliable, with the resilience to hear "no" and keep going.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who are a fit for Trinity's product suite and take them from first conversation to signed agreement
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving
• Attend weekly sales training and attend one on one trainings from our top producers
• Close deals, hit your goals, and grow your prospect database
• Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals
