Trinity Total Home is hiring Direct Sales Associates. You’ll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building trust, and closing deals in homeowners’ homes.

We offer hands-on training from top producers, a $4,000 paid training program over eight weeks, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, plus 401(k) with company match after 60 days.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of sales experience.
• Preference for in-home or direct sales experience.
• Must be reliable and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who fit Trinity's product suite and guide them from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving.
• Attend weekly sales trainings and one-on-one trainings with top producers.
• Close deals, hit sales goals, and grow your prospect database.
• Develop a growing pipeline and obtain referrals.
