You'll receive hands-on training, a $4,000 paid training period, and a commission program with annual earnings potential of $100,000 to $250,000. The role includes benefits after 60 days and a clear growth path within a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales
• Background in teaching, small business owners, construction, or construction consulting
• Accountable, coachable, and reliable with resilience to hear 'no' and keep going
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who are a fit for Trinity's product suite and take them from first conversation to signed agreement
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving
• Attend weekly sales training and one-on-one trainings with top producers
• Close deals, hit goals, and grow your prospect database
• Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals
