TrinityTotal Home is looking for a Direct Sales Associate to join our team in delivering renewable energy solutions to homeowners. You’ll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process, with a clear path to significant commission opportunities based on performance.

Our program offers $4,000 in paid training during the first eight weeks, plus a commission structure that can yield $100,000–$250,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales.
• Background in teaching, small business owners, construction, and construction consulting.
• Accountable, coachable, and reliable, with the resilience to hear 'no' and keep going.
• Ability to explain problems and provide solutions to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who are a fit for Trinity's product suite and take them from first conversation to signed agreement
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving
• Attend weekly sales training and attend one on one trainings from our top producers
• Close deals, hit your goals, and grow your prospect database
• Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals
