Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales.
• Accountable, coachable, and reliable, with resilience to hear "no" and keep going.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a smart device with data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify homeowners who are a fit for Trinity's product suite and take them from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving.
• Attend weekly sales training and attend one on one trainings from our top producers.
• Close deals, hit your goals, and grow your prospect database.
• Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals.
