ADT is seeking a Smart Home Consultant to guide residential customers in designing a protective, integrated home security setup. You will combine hands-on installation with consultative sales and educate customers on our app and features.

You'll deliver in-home consultations, install devices, and tailor solutions to each home. The role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits, including a company vehicle for work use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong ability to communicate with customers.
• Technical savvy with smart devices and home networks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments.
• Recommend smart home and security solutions based on goals.
• Install and activate security hardware and IoT devices.
• Educate customers on app usage and features.
• Complete onboarding and product education for customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities to enhance protection.
• Provide proactive support and build long-term customer confidence.
