Job summary

Ouverson Sewer & Water seeks a Sewer Sales Advisor to diagnose sewer issues and present repair solutions to homeowners, property managers, and realtors. This field-based role focuses on educating customers and closing high-value projects.

You will perform technical inspections, provide accurate estimates, and work with field crews to ensure timely, effective repairs. Training lasts 2–3 weeks, after which you’ll operate independently in the field.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience in home services, construction, or a similar industry.
• Proven ability to sell high-ticket services ($4k-$35k to homeowners)
• Strong attention to detail and professional reliability
• Ability to diagnose problems and generate clear, written estimates
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn technical systems and processes
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems in the field
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Represent Ouverson Sewer & Water professionally in customers’ homes
• Meet customers on-site to conduct inspections and educate them on their sewer system
• Accurately diagnose sewer failures
• Help customers understand repair scope, timeline, restoration, and cost
• Prepare accurate estimates and projects within scope of capabilities
• Present repair recommendations and options clearly and professionally
• Follow up on open estimates to ensure customers' sewer problems are resolved
• Coordinate closely with field crews to ensure jobs are accurate and executable
• Maintain detailed notes, pricing, and job status in CRM or job management system
• Conduct outbound follow-up with drain cleaning referral customers
