The position emphasizes safety, infection control, and responsive communication with participants and families. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of eldercare experience, HS diploma or GED, and are potentially bilingual.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year experience with frail or elderly population.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Immunizations up-to-date and medically cleared before direct contact.

Mansioni

• Participate in interdisciplinary team assessments and monitor participant needs.
• Provide personal care assistance to support daily living activities and independence.
• Assist with mobility, meals, grooming, and activity participation.
• Maintain safety, follow infection control, and report changes to staff.
• Escort participants to appointments and document care and events.
