Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licenses: Funeral Director License in State(s) where required.
• Experience: 2-5 years B2C sales; 1-2 years in industry; 3-5 years transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Convert Company provided leads into sales.
• Maintain a network of customers from Company provided leads.
• Build and maintain a network of sources for new sales leads.
• Identify customer needs and suggest product/services.
• Demonstrate products based on customer needs.
• Ensure satisfaction and manage post-sale issues.
• Daily use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly training and calls.
