Service Corporation International is seeking a sales-focused professional in Saint Paul, MN who can work from home and meet monthly revenue targets. The role builds relationships in the community, qualifies leads, and schedules appointments for at-need and pre-need services.

You will follow up with families to secure referrals and ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate will generate leads, conduct effective presentations, and close contracts while complying with company processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
• Experience in funeral services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota and present cremation and pre-need services to families.
• Lead generation: develop community relationships and schedule appointments.
• Guides families through cemetery options, answers questions, and closes contracts.
• Follow up on referrals and maintain CRM activity for prospects and aftercare.
