SerClean is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist to meet homeowners after emergency damage events, assess scenarios, and guide restoration solutions in the Atlanta area. This consultative role features company-generated appointments, no cold calling, and opportunities to close sales with empathy and professional communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside or in-home sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment.
• Proficiency with tablets, mobile applications, and CRM systems.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.

Help Homeowners When They Need It Most

SerClean is a trusted restoration company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Atlanta market. We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and reconstruction services. We are seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners following emergency property damage events and guide them through the restoration process.

This is a consultative sales role with no cold calling. All appointments are company-generated leads. You'll meet customers in their homes, assess damage, provide solutions, and secure work authorizations during the initial visit.
