SerClean, a trusted restoration company serving the Atlanta market, seeks an In-Home Sales Specialist for in-home, company-generated appointments. You will assess damage, present restoration options, and secure signed work authorizations on the initial visit.

This consultative role involves building trust, guiding homeowners through the restoration process, and coordinating with production teams. A minimum of 3 years in outside or in-home sales and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and independent work style.
• Proficiency with tablets, mobile apps, and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Assess water, mold, fire, and other property damage situations.
• Develop restoration scopes of work and present recommended solutions.
• Close sales and secure signed work authorizations.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and next steps.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure project execution.
