SerClean is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist in Richmond Hill, GA to meet homeowners after property damage events and guide them through restoration options. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of outside or in-home sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced emergency-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments

• Develop restoration scopes of work and present recommended solutions

SerClean is a trusted restoration company serving homeowners and businesses. We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and reconstruction services. We are seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners following emergency property damage events and guide them through the restoration process.

This is a consultative sales role with no cold calling. All appointments are company-generated leads. You'll meet customers in their homes, assess damage, provide solutions, and secure work authorizations during the initial visit.

What We're Looking For
